Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to members and clients
Assist members with renewal process for their vehicle registrations and special transactions including the preparation and submission of necessary documents to LTO- Maintain accurate and organized records of members registration renewal and special transactions activities, ensuring confidentiality and data security
Monitor and track progress of registration renewal applications, ensuring timely completion and delivery of renewed documents to members
- Provide guidance and support to members regarding any additional requirements or documents needed for registration renewal and special transactions
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Bachelor's or Associate's degree is highly preferred- Preferably with work experience as Liaison Staff but not necessary
Can encode data with speed and accuracy
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills
Must have a valid driver's license and can drive motorcycle- Willing to be assigned in Gilmore, New Manila, Quezon City
