As a Liaison Officer, you are directly reporting to the Officer-in-Charge. The core duties and responsibilities of a Liaison Officer revolve around supporting the immediate superior.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Handle multiple projects
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
Such other duties as may be assigned by the Admin Manager
Key requirements:- College graduate of any degree
Previous experience as Administrative assistant/Legal Assistant is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Strong attention to detail- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Amendable to work at Malate, Manila Head-Office
Can start ASAP
