Liaises between two organizations to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official go-between for the management of both organizations.- Performs administrative and office support activities for the company and client
Prepare, draft and file documentary requirements in relation to AEP, 9G, SWP, permit extensions, and other related documents to process for clients
- Follow up and secure process of working permit AEP and other documents of clients with DOLE
Responsible for pick up and deliver of necessary documents- Responsible for issuing, receiving, transmittal copy to clients and management
Monitor, make report and update immediate Supervisor in the status of the transactions/operations of clients in relation to assigned task
- Shall act under the authority of the Management
Expect to act in a professional and ethical manner in the interest of the Management- Not authorized to make any kind of commitment for collaboration unless directed by the Management
Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or OCIC Management
- Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for his position
Must be good both verbal and written communication skills- Has the ability to negotiate favorable outcomes in conflict situation
Must be analytical and solution-driven individual
- Can work with less supervision but result-oriented and has a good time management ability
