Role Description

We are seeking an organized, efficient, and communicative Liaison Manager to coordinate between our organization and another entity. In this role, you will act as the middle person between our business and the other entity to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.

Able to grow or expand the business in malls and commercial areas.

Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.

Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.

Develop, maintain, and build contacts with relevant government institutions and authorities, representatives of other NGOs, civil society organizations and resource persons to facilitate access to legal and regulatory information.

Develop and foster relationships with the people from the leasing departments in the malls, stakeholders, and other entities.

Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity.

Stay current with the legal and regulatory context and requirements through liaison with government agencies and facilitating exchange with them.

Link regularly with relevant focal points in government and implementing region(s) to maintain constructive working relations.

Maintain routine communication with government counterparts at national and regional levels to support effective implementation of the company's various supported activities.

Follow-up on necessary documents including MOU, tax exemption approval processes, and other correspondences; and submit required progress reports, work plans, and other documents.

Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.

Document particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business.

Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and other entities.

Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary.

  • Act as a positive representation of the business to the community.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. With Master's degree will be best.

5+ years of experience in a related role

Strong knowledge and understanding of government settings and functions

Excellent verbal, written communication skills and with good PR strategies

Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships

Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems

Capability to negotiate with and influence others

Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
