Job Summary: Liaison's role is to facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations. You will serve as a bridge, connecting and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operations and efficient decision-making.
Act as the primary contact for departmental inquiries related to financial matters.
- Facilitate effective communication between the finance team and other departments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide updates on financial projects and initiatives.- Ensures all documents are complete and in order
Performs administrative and office support activities
A bachelor's degree holder
- Experience in processing documents/handling transactions
With experience working as a liaison and dealing with various government agencies- Good communication skills
Organized and reliable
Willing to be assigned in _Vista Mall Las Pinas
