Job Description

Job Summary: Liaison's role is to facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations. You will serve as a bridge, connecting and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operations and efficient decision-making.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for departmental inquiries related to financial matters.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the finance team and other departments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide updates on financial projects and initiatives.
  • Ensures all documents are complete and in order
Performs administrative and office support activities
  • Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree holder
  • Experience in processing documents/handling transactions
With experience working as a liaison and dealing with various government agencies
  • Good communication skills
Organized and reliable
  • Detail-oriented
Willing to be assigned in _Vista Mall Las Pinas_
  • Willing to work under Agency

Job Type: Full-time
