About the Role
As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, youu0027ll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Youu0027ll work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensure timely resolution of tickets, and proactively monitor systems to prevent potential problems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
    • Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology that includes: workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, software, and general administration tasks
  • Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
    • Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Communication with customers
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing

What youu0026rsquoll bring in:
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 3 years.
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
  • Amenable to work on site: BGC Night
