Lending Operations Staff (Should have experience in Sales Lending)

Work experience necessary to competently perform the duties of this position include:

Required:

• Previous recent financial industry experience (lending, banking, etc.). Minimum 1
  
  year experience.
  

• Demonstrated competence in MS Word & MS Excel
  

• College graduate
  

  Preferred:

• Experience with basic banking system or have held a similar position in another
  
  finance service company/ bank
  

• Experience in a customer service industry

  Responsibilities
  

• Primarily reviews documentation for new customer accounts (KYC).
  

• Performing initial appraisal of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their
  
  applications
  

• Call potential borrowers to evaluate their eligibility for loan or mortgage
  

• Follow up with clients to clarify important points
  

• Work within established regulations and adhere to law requirements of GFS PH at all
  
  times

  Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
