Provides analysis and counsel on legal, policy and environmental issues to include; mergers and acquisitions, financial offerings, financial structuring, securities offerings, compliance issues, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements and business strategic planning.- Provides legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.
Anticipates and guard against legal risks facing the company
- Develops and recommends company policy and position and legal issues
Represents the Company or its officials in various legal preceedings.- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery stipulations,etc
Writes, reviews and edit reports, opinions correspondence, articles and other documents.
- Writes and administers clients and employment contracts.
Must be a graduate of law and preferably with Master's degree
- Highly knowledgeable in legal and compliance matters
Licensed/ Certification: Integrated Bar passer
