Job SummaryThe position is responsible for providing regular office administration assistance and clerical functions for the Department, which includes the maintenance of database, handling of job requests, and monitoring and coordination of lawyer-in-charge re contract expirations.
- Develop, set up and maintain the records management system
- Digitize all executed contracts and legal documents for proper filing
Organize and file contracts and legal documents
- Monitor and record inventory of contracts and documents regularly to ensure easy retrieval and monitoring of contracts and documents
- Effective performance of office administration functions
- Assists in handling job requests filed by the various Departments of the Company and affiliates and endorse to the Department Head for proper assignment
Assists in recording job requests and assigning docket number for proper tracking and monitoring of job assignments- Perform daily routine clerical functions such as encoding, filing, scanning and photocopying, preparation of check payments
Assists notary in preparing documents for notarization
- Other functions/tasks
- Assists the lawyers in the preparation and filing of documents with the courts and other government agencies
Graduate of BS in Legal Management, or related courses
- With at least 1 year of related work experience
Amenable to work on-site in BGC and perform field work if necessary- Proficient with MS Office System
Good communication skills in both written and oral

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
