Legal Specialist (with experience in FMCG) to be assigned in BGC, Taguig. Below are the qualifications:
Draft and Preparation of corporate legal documents, letters and certifications of the company, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.- Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company
Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.)
- Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases- Processing of messengerial errands, notary, transmittal
Correspondence with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, BI, DFA for reportorial requirements of the companies
- Compliance with government registrations (SEC, etc.)
Other legal services
Good English communication skills (oral and written) , Strong communication skill- with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience
Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills
- Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment
Bachelors/College/Law Degree- Law Graduate is an advantage
