Job qualifications:- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course relating to law (e.g. Legal Management, Business law, Economics, Political Science, and Law (L.L.B or J.D.)
One (1) year experience in law/legal services or equivalent. No experience required if law graduate.- Depth knowledge in Labor Law & Commercial Law
Must have substantial knowledge and assist in: Legal works, Preparation of letters, correspondence, and reports; Monitoring of all kinds of compliance (i.e. legal, corporate, administrative) and deficiency requirements.
- Excellent written and oral skills
Able to organize, analyze, cross-check, and validate information for accuracy and compliance- Proficient in Windows interface and Microsoft Office or any other equivalent software/applications
Perform other tasks as may be relevant and necessary
Legal research
- Drafting of letters, correspondence, and legal opinion/report;
Contract drafting and review- Monitoring of all kinds of compliance (i.e. legal, corporate, administrative) and deficiency requirements
Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for Legal Officer.
- Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
Meeting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to talk about case details.- Filing pleadings with court clerk.
Helping prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Preparing briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.
Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases and determine causes of action.- Directing and coordinating law office activity, including delivery of subpoenas.
Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data.
