- Legal Compliance Management:
- Ensure all company business activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure the legality of company operations.- Oversee and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure their legality and validity.
Legal Consultation and Support
: Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and departments. Handle daily legal affairs, answer legal questions, and provide legal recommendations.
- Offer legal opinions on major company decisions and projects, assessing legal risks.
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage company contracts, ensuring the reasonableness and legality of contract terms.
Supervise the execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.- Manage contract archives, maintaining the completeness and accuracy of contract records.
Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management
: Handle internal and external legal disputes, coordinating the resolution of conflicts. Manage company litigation matters, representing the company in lawsuits and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure effective handling of litigation.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess legal risks in company operations, proposing risk control measures.
Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential legal risks.- Monitor changes in the legal environment and adjust company legal strategies accordingly.
Policy and Procedure Development
: Develop and update company legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legal requirements. Train employees to enhance their legal awareness and compliance capabilities.
- Supervise the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness.
