Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client eligibility.- Collect, organize, and manage case documentation.
Schedule and follow up on client appointments.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents.
Provide outstanding customer service to build trust and enhance the company's reputation.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.- Previous experience in a legal environment is an advantage.
Personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) with at least 10 Mbps internet speed.
- Willingness to work US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
