Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced lawyers looking to expand their experience in the legal field to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the intake process for new clients, conducting initial assessments of their legal needs, and gathering relevant information. The Legal Intake Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all intake processes comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.

The position also offers an opportunity to work with a fast-growing consumer protection law firm in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments of potential clients to determine their legal needs.

Gather and document relevant information regarding potential cases, including personal and contact information, case details, and any relevant documentation.

• Assist in educating potential clients about their legal rights and options.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Ensure that all intake processes comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff in the United States to provide comprehensive intake and document support.

Requirements:

• Must be a lawyer in the Philippines or have a law degree.

Must possess competitive legal writing skills

• Must be willing to work during Pacific Standard, Mountain Standard, and/or Eastern Standard Time

Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
