Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Legal Department in legal and administrative matters
- Document management: receiving, filing and record keeping
- Contract or document preparation, execution, and releasing
- Assists in lawsuit documentation
- Coordination with other departments as required by the Legal Department
- Filing documents in government agencies
- Assists in corporate housekeeping and data privacy compliance
- Assists the carrier's association in administrative matters
- Performs other tasks and work assignments instructed by the Head of Legal Department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or a Law-related course
- Documentation, record keeping and filing skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Offices, use of computer system and devices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
