a. Professional License holder (passed board / bar / professional license exam) in Law or equivalent
b. At least 5 years of relevant prior experience in law, legal services, or external relations
c. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal communication, records management, and research skills
d. Provides sound and strategic legal advice on matters such as contracts in relation to construction, real estate properties, and hotel.
