Typically:
- To provide supervised legal services / E&C advice relating to a variety of legal fields (or level of single specialty) to a defined area of Company / Business.
Individual contributor (country responsibility by exception). As ECM role, remit tends to be for the smaller country roles.
- Client contact is at the operational level, some middle management. Has some external interfaces (e.g. as a delegate or with third parties for transactions on pre-discussed positions).
- Makes appropriate judgement as to when to refer decisions / issues to manager or more experienced colleagues.
Will have some autonomy on less complex casework (e.g. day-to-day cases with precedents).
