Job Description
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.Strong background in litigation
and mitigating legal risks and advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals. Ensuring the Flash Group PH compliance with all laws and rules and regulations.
- Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the Flash Group PH.
Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.- Providing training to the Flash Group PH on legal topics.
Handling litigation cases (civil, commercial, labor, tax, and criminal).
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business.
Liaising with the different units of the Flash Group PH.- Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the Flash Group PH.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law and bar passer.
Must have 4+ years proven background on corporate and operations specifically Labor Law.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
