Duties and responsibilities:- Write, prepare, and file legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, and other correspondence with courts administrative agencies and other relevant entities, ensuring compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements.
Represent our company in hearings and other procedures. (SMC)- Organize and maintain case files, including documents, managing electronic files, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Perform other duties not limited to the above- listed as may be required by immediate superiors or as may be necessary to complete the tasks.
- Qualifications and Job Specifications:
4 Years Graduate (Any Bachelor's Degree)
- With at least 6 months experience working as a legal assistant/staff or in a similar role in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency is desirable.
Analyze legal issues, identify relevant information, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally.
Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
