Renewal of BIR-ICC
- Renewal of locational Clearance
Yearly filing of GIS (SEC documents)- Yearly filing of Audit FS
Application, Permits/Accreditation
- Admin filing & Legal filing of cases
Draft/Prepare different kinds of letters, notices, Board Resolution, legal documents & contracts- Compliances when there are open cases
Preparation/Draft Update for Bank Registration
Graduate of BS Legal Management or any equivalent course.
- With related experience is an advantage.
Willing to do both office and field work.- Willing/amenable to work in Bel-Air, Makati.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
