DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, particularly in maintaining the docket system, including all documents related to Legal.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure timely receipt and release of documents and information needed by the Department; timely compliance with documentary requirements for Legal Department.
- Draft/encode legal documents subject for review and approval of Senior Managers/Head.
- Request and collate from other Departments all documentary requirements needed for Legal cases.
- Responsible for assisting Lawyers/ Senior Legal Managers in administrative and secretarial works, including but not limited to, maintaining a docket system for documents necessary in the Legal Department.
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Paralegal, Political Science, or any related courses
- Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in legal support or administrative roles
- Must be focused, driven, team player.
- Can work under pressure.
- With acceptable oral and written communications skills.
- With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
