Position: Legal Assistant
- General Purpose: We're looking for a Legal Assistant who can help us improve our productivity and efficiency for our firm. We specialize in landlord and Tenant Disputes. Your responsibilities would include answering incoming calls from clients, providing information regarding the consultation with the attorney, and managing the Attorney's schedules and calendars.
- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner- Manage new clients and existing clients.
Provide prospects with service information
- Enter new existing client information into the system
Update existing customer information- Follow up calls where necessary

- Managing the Attorney's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Knowledge of customer service
- Good data entry and typing skills
Excellent English communication skills with no accent- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Positive attitude and ability to handle clients.
- Must be able to have a conversation at native English level with clients
Proficient in relevant computer applications- Experience in Landlord and Tenant , Real Estate Law (a plus)
Experience in Law Firm Environment (a plus)
- Preferably with 3+ years in a phone customer service or sales role for an English speaking country

- 8:30 - 5:30 PM in Eastern Standard Time.
Must have a dedicated workspace- Must have a high quality headset and high speed Internet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
