DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of records and documents from both internal and external sources.
- Organize and file records in both physical and electronic filing systems for easy
retrieval.
- Monitor legal matters and ensure timely communication and coordination among relevant parties.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to legal inquiries from management, managers, and officers.
- Participate in drafting various legal documents, including but not limited to employee contracts, shareholder agreements, service agreements, and supply contracts.
- Keep abreast of government regulations and ensuring that contracts adhere to legal requirements.
- Conduct research to interpret legal and technical procedures, statutes, rules, and regulations.
- Provide insights and analysis based on legal research to support decision-making inthe organization.
- Offer technical support during meetings, which may include preparing documents, facilitating communication, and handling administrative tasks.
- QUALIFICATIONS
The incumbent must possess and competently apply the following knowledge, experience and/or skills:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Law, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills.- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in basic computer skills.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and integrity to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes.
