Reports directly to the Corporate Lawyer and responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Company's Legal team, ensuring all incoming and outgoing correspondences are documented and tracked properly.
Also responsible for providing secretarial duties to the Corporate's Legal Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Ensures that all incoming and outgoing correspondence is logged for properly tracking and timely forwarded to the concerned individuals.
- Administer and maintain the database of legal documents. Ensures that all relevant documents received are scanned and emailed to the concerned individuals within the day of receipt.
- Takes down and receives messages and sees to it that they are relayed to the concerned individuals.
- Ensures that all visitors and guests are directed to the appropriate officer or employee.
- Promptly respond to any inquiries.
- Maintain the calendar of the legal team.
- Monitors official expenses of the legal team.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the legal team.
- Complies with the Company's Quality Management System
Job Requirements:
- College graduate of any course
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field.
- Excellent organization skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Can interact with internal and external stakeholder in a pleasant manner
