RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing information provided in PDF format.
• Accurately merging data into the practice management system.
• Generating letters using predefined templates.
• Customizing letters as necessary based on specific requirements.
• Sending letters promptly upon creation.
• Calculating relevant dates as required for conveyance processes.
• Managing task lists effectively.
• Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks related to conveyance operations.
• Maintaining organized records and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role
• Proficiency in data entry and document management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with conveyance processes and legal terminology is preferred.
