Bachelor's Degree in Political Science of Legal related courses
Provide assistance to the
Legal lawyers in terms of coordination with the subsidiaries, as well as the preparation and finalization of transaction documents for the business units.- At least 5 years work experience in a law firm or in-house Legal,
Must have a background in the transactions with government agencies and various court levels
Preferably a degree holder in Legal Management and/or other related courses
Willing to work 100% Onsite in Makati Stock Exchanges (MSE), Makati
Can start ASAP
