JOB DESCRIPTION:- Assist in monitoring active and expired contracts duly approved by the company and coordinate to other departments for their timely renewal
Assist in monitoring legal cases filed in different Courts around the Philippines handled by our external legal counsel for all criminal, civil and labor cases involving the Company and to update the database thereafter.- Assist in the proper recording, safekeeping, organizing and filing of all minutes of the meetings of all Regular and Special meetings of the Board and Shareholders.
Assist in the preparation and arrangement of timely payment of all fees billed by external counsel/lawyers in extending their services for the Company.
- Assist the CCO in gathering of evidence/exhibits needed by our handling lawyers to support our theory/defense relative to any on going criminal, collection, labor and land registration cases managed by the Company through our external lawyers.
-Graduate of Bachelor of Laws / Legal Related Course
- Must have at least 2-3 years relevant working experience
-Must be Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must be a team player
- With good work ethics and willing to be trained
-Willing to travel
- Willing to work in Makati
