The _
Leasing and Tenant Relations Officer_ will be performing the following duties and responsibilities:
_In charge of sourcing new tenants_
_Management of current tenants nationwide_
_In charge of all documentations_
_Assist the field based team on their travel documents_
_And all the other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned by the management_
_
The Successful Candidate_
Must be a graduate of a 4-year program in Business or a related field.
_At least 5 years solid experience (negotiable)_
_With excellent negotiation skill_
_Proficient in MS office_
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
