As a Leasing Supervisor, you will be executing all leasing activities of the mall and park projects. You will play a crucial role in lease structuring, tenant prospecting, negotiation, administration, market analysis, and property promotion in collaboration with the Marketing Partners.
Develop and implement effective lease structures tailored to meet the specific needs of the company.- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in lease agreements.
Identify and prospect potential tenants to ensure a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and engage prospective tenants.
Conduct negotiations with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable leasing terms.- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
Oversee the end-to-end lease administration process, including documentation, renewal, and termination procedures.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions.
- 5. Property Promotion (in partnership with Marketing):
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting available properties.- Utilize various marketing channels to showcase properties to potential tenants and brokers.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research.
