Job Description

Leasing and Sales: Your primary responsibility is to lease out available space within the co-working facility. This involves giving tours to potential clients, showcasing the amenities, and explaining the benefits of the co-working environment. You'll need to negotiate lease terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and encourage lease renewals. Address any concerns or issues promptly and maintain open lines of communication to foster a positive tenant experience.Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position the co-working space in the market. Analyze market data to identify potential leads and opportunities for expansion.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates. This may involve creating promotional materials, hosting events, or leveraging digital marketing channels to raise awareness of the co-working space.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as preparing lease agreements, processing lease applications, and maintaining accurate records of leasing activity. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing and property management.
Space Management: Coordinate with facilities management to ensure that the co-working space is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with necessary amenities. Address any maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruption to tenants.Financial Management: Monitor leasing performance against revenue targets and budgetary constraints. Develop pricing strategies and incentives to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue generation.
  • Networking: Build a strong network within the local business community to generate leads and referrals. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to expand your contacts and promote the co-working space.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve shared goals and objectives. Maintain effective communication and coordination to ensure alignment across different functions.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the leasing process, improve tenant satisfaction, and drive business growth. Solicit feedback from tenants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Pay: Php26,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
