This is a full-time on-site role as a Leasing Specialist at Lica Land Group. As a Leasing Specialist, your responsibilities will include tenant retention, customer service, leases, communication, and lease administration. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring lease agreements are properly executed, and providing excellent customer service.
Strong customer service and communication skills- Experience in lease administration and managing leases,
seasoned Leasing sales
is preferred Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of real estate industry and leasing practices Look for possible concepts online/ Offline
Assist tenants concerns- Invite Prospects for Community malls and office
Job Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
