The Leasing Officer will be responsible in all aspects of store leasing or acquisition of new store such as:
- Prepares and process applications to lease and review of lease contract agreement
Knowledge in dealing with contractors in store construction process- Knowledge in processing business permit
Source for new tenant prospects;
- Should be willing to travel
Cross-selling of properties;- Negotiate and close lease sales
Qualifications: With at least 3 years of leasing management;
- Punctual, initiative, hardworking.
Knows how to drive 4 wheels
