The Leasing Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Leasing Manager and will oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the mall under his/her area of responsibility.
Graduate of Marketing/Business Management/Property management or other related courses
- With solid managerial background in all facets of leasing operations. Product Knowledge Deep understanding in mall/retail and real estate industry Prerequisite - Must be willing to travel companywide
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field Preferably 4 years specializing in tenant management/Lease Marketing in a Managerial level
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of malls- Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations
Oversee the administration and integration of marketing functions
- Responsible for assigning leasing staff to appropriate areas and task delegation
