Job Description:- A leasing Manager is responsible for providing clients with the best service through impeccable property management and responsive report.
The Leasing Manager needs to ensure property is occupied and communicate any rent increases to tenants.- Primary responsibilities include all tenants related issues including finding and screening applicants, communicating, enforcing lease terms and managing complaints.
Leasing Managers are charged with the responsibility of physical management of the rental property in regards to maintenance and repairs in order to ensure the property remains in good condition for currents, and rent-ready condition for future tenants.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing overall operations and performance of the assigned projects.
- Recommend strategies that will be cascaded down to subordinates.
Implement standards, policies and procedures, and guidelines to subordinates.- Improve the existing processes and recommend changes if necessary.
Develop, review and update policies as needed.
- Prepare reports and monitoring databases.
Meet approved sales, leasing and expense targets.- Review scan and recommended update on rental rates.
Evaluate and endorse recommendations for requests processes LO/LA.
- Approved items that are within the designated scope of authority.
Carry out decisions that are consistent with the corporate policies and values.- Deal with conflict professionally and identify possible solutions.
Provided the needed support and resources to make sure that targets and goals are met.
Must have degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management
- At least 1 year working in Real Estate Industry
Excellent communication skills- Willing to learn and can start ASAP
Willing to assign in Kepwealth, Cebu Business park Cebu city
