The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all lessees of the company's leases. He/She evaluates new and existing leases, prepares lease documents, and oversees their ongoing maintenance.
The Leasing manager also monitors the financial condition of lessees and their complianceth the terms of the lease agreement. He/she also oversees lease renewals and handles disputes between lessees and lessors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage leasing activities, including leasing policies, procedures, and programs.
Identify market needs and trends.- Develop, implement, and maintain leasing and property management programs for new and renewal tenants.
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Be involved in sales and marketing.
Establish and maintain a positive image with the public.- Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing properties.
Make recommendations to improve property financials and ROI.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to fulfill projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Business Course.
With at least 5 years of experience in Market Research and property Leasing ( Office, Commercial, Mall, and Industrial Land Uses) gained from a Property Development Firm or real Estate Brokerage .- Familiar with the intricacies of the Leasing Work Cycle, documentation, and tenant relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
