_Job Description:_
- In charge in improving and maximizing tenant occupancy of the Mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding or for renewal.
Conducts market survey on competing lease rates and other trends influencing occupancy, tenant prospecting, tenant retention,
and the like.- Develops, implements and reviews the lease operations policies and procedures to maintain process and system efficiency.
Evaluating and monitoring of Sales Performance Report, Comparative Analysis Reports and Account Update Reports on a regular basis for proper monitoring and reportorial compliance.
- In charge in performance evaluation of the whole leasing department.
_Qualifications:_
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Operation Management or any related course.
Must have proven working experience as Leasing Manager in Malls, Properties or in any related business.- Must have strong interpersonal skills and can manage different concerns of existing and new tenants.
Skills in handling and evaluating employees performance management.
