Job Description:
Responsible for sourcing and recommending an ideal tenant mix for the mall and ensuring that leasable spaces are maximized and occupied with leases and locators.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year course major in Business, Marketing or Communication
Preferably with work background on retail/shopping center operations
Exposed to brands and trends in the market.
Understands shoppers behavior, needs and wants.
Able to understand retail development and targeted market as well as in identifying gaps and opportunities.
