- Customer Service and Tenant Relations:
Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours.
Answer inquiries about rental units, lease terms, and community amenities.
Handle tenant complaints and maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
Assist in marketing rental properties through various channels (online listings, social media, print advertising).
Conduct background checks, verify references, and process rental applications.
Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and payment history.
Update and manage property management software and databases.
Assist in preparing monthly reports, rental income summaries, and occupancy statistics.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and ensuring units are ready for new tenants.
Assist in organizing and scheduling maintenance and repair work.
Monitor and manage lease renewals, ensuring timely communication with tenants.
Collect rent and deposit payments, issuing receipts as needed.
Assist in handling delinquent accounts and pursuing collections.
Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new tenants.
Participate in community events and networking to boost property visibility.
Work closely with leasing manager, property manager, maintenance staff, and other team members.
Provide support during property inspections, audits, and other relevant activities.
