Position Accountability Statement
The Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer, is accountable for the strategic oversight, design, and delivery of innovative, high-impact learning solutions that align with organizational goals and drive employee development. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and emerging learning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of learning experience designers and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure learning initiatives are scalable, measurable, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Specific Areas Of Accountability
- Learning path development: designs series of courses to gain specific skillset and knowledge
- Course Design: create learning objectives, content, design flow of topics/sequencing, end to end design and development
- Content Creation: development of training materials, presentations, modules and instructional content
- Assessment design: creating evaluations to measure effectiveness of the materials, learner's comprehension and retention
- MicroLearning creation: creation of bite-sized materials
- Innovation: integrate different methodologies, techniques and technology to enhance learning experience
- LMS Management/Knowledge Base Tool Management: ensures timely and accurate learning materials are in existing tools, content audits
- Project planning and implementation related to learning experience
- UX/UI Design to improve learning experience
