We are seeking a skilled Learning Management Systems (LMS) Implementation Expert with 2-5 years of experience in LMS implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Learning Management Systems, either from a corporate or academic perspective. Experience in managing LMS projects both as a service provider and on behalf of clients is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Cypher Learning LMS.

Expected to Begin: December 2024

Compensation Range: 45k - 70k, based on experience level

Location: Although this role is primarily remote, travel is necessary for client meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of Learning Management Systems, focusing on Cypher Learning, to meet organizational needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and design tailored LMS solutions.

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.

- Train and support internal teams or clients in effectively using the LMS.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices in LMS setup and utilization for both corporate and educational settings.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

- Address technical issues, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure a smooth user experience.

- Document processes, configurations, and training materials for reference and scalability.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cypher Learning.

- Demonstrated success in implementing LMS solutions for corporate organizations or academic institutions.

- Experience in managing LMS projects from both provider and client perspectives.

- Strong understanding of LMS workflows, integration processes, and user management.

- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively, ensuring the LMS meets user needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field is preferred.
