What does a Learning Experience Coordinator do You're not just an Learning Experience Coordinator, you're the cornerstone to the administrative functions that set Learning Experience up for success.


The Learning Experience Coordinator will require full-time support of client campaigns. The Learning Experience Coordinator will support our internal and external clients through meticulously planning and executing their training administrative needs.

As a Learning Experience Coordinator, you will:


TaskUs Administrative (static functions/tasks)

  • Timekeeping and Payroll Adherence
  • Manage time off requests scheduling and IEX for LXL approvals
  • Shrink report audits
  • Processing of corrective actions and terminations (documentation) partner with HR Generalists
  • Class calendar updates and coordination of training rooms (works with facilities and IT)
  • CVQ support coordination to ensure LXL support forecasted monthly
  • Dojo entry, audit and communication to LXM team
  • Mandatory compliance training: announcement and reporting
  • LXL Newsletter - quarterly to showcase classes and trainers
  • IT alert POC for global outages
  • IT Troubleshooting for new hire classes (campaign-specific)
  • IT POC for LX concerns: SNow integrations, asset accountability forms, equipment delivery/pickup issue resolution
  • Boost compliance reporting and support of waiving boosts via ticket
  • OU change support for LXL movements (via WFM tickets
  • EOD updates to format, formulas and distribution to team
  • Core Value Quest compliance reporting (pull and completion)
  • Review and share L&D compliance dashboard for LX scorecard data
  • Other duties as assigned


Client-specific required tasks (subject to change according to campaign-specific needs)

  • ILC Creation for online learnings
  • Client online learning completion tracking
  • Performance Insights entered on client tracker
  • Review ILC audit (class tracker)
  • Fieldglass Admin
  • Enter nesting Performance into trackers
  • Power BI reporting for business reviews
  • WFM & Payroll POC
  • Content management for playbook additions
  • Other Duties as assigned

  • Proven experience in administrative support and adherence to timelines and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
