Who are we looking for

We're looking for aLearning Designerto contribute to the creation of high-quality learning solutions with primary emphasis on enhancing the learner's experience. This individual must have proficiency in translating complex information into accessible and interactive formats that enhances knowledge retention and application, and exhibit adaptability to embrace emerging practices, technologies and evolving systems.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design and develop learning artifacts that adhere to instructional design principles and predefined learning objectives while creating an interactive and engaging content to elevate the learner's experience and optimize learning outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the Learning Experience Leader and Learning Solution Specialists in the development of learning solutions while working alongside subject matter experts, instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance in artefacts
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on developed artifacts to ensure alignment with design principles and organizational standards.
• Demonstrate agility in adopting and adapting to new systems and tools as technology evolves within the learning and development landscape and engage in continuous learning and professional development
• Address and resolve issues to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of learning solutions
• Offer technical and creative assistance to team members, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality learning artifacts

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia design, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in learning development, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and interactive learning artifacts.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to training and development.
• Creative mindset to generate fresh ideas for multimedia content and learning experiences.
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills, with the ability to use data to create insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for storytelling and content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with direction from the Learning Experience Leader
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and various learning modalities, with an understanding of how different media can affect learning outcomes.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multiple projects or project objectives simultaneously to tight deadlines.
• Ability to create content that is accessible to diverse audiences.

This job offer is based in either Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City depending on candidate location.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / Morning to potentially Mid shift / Hybrid

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
