Learning Delivery Specialist position through
May 02, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Learning Delivery Specialist helps the Manila Shared Services (MSSC) achieve its learning and development goals. This is achieved by collaborating with business units, working with the Learning & Talent COE, using enterprise learning resources, and creating tailor-made solutions to enhance MSSC employee growth.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Help with creating and facilitating local onboarding programs
- Assist with local activities for new leaders, Learning & Talent projects, and functional talent development programs
- Join the learning Community of Practice
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of local learning that meets local needs
- Consultant to local employee network groups
- Keep SharePoint assets and learning assets updated
- Help with managing the local HR Rotational Program
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous facilitation and project management experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Relocation Options:Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
