The Learning and Development Specialist is a supervisory-level position, yet it is also an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned learning programs
- Develop and facilitate learning courses
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in view of understanding and addressing their learning and development needs
- Liaise with external and internal training partners
- Perform training admin duties (reports, training logistics, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- With at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably with experience in OD
- Experience in a manufacturing set-up is an advantage
- Amenable to travel as needed
