Job descriptionThe L&D Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth, problem-free execution, assessment & continuous improvement of L&D programs including serving as the lead trainer and learning development owner of the assigned Business Unit. Ensures the organization of the programs are aligned with overarching goals and strategies of HOBLI's company vision.

Graduate of any 4-year college degree: preferably in business management, marketing, hospitality or communication.
With at least 3 years of working experience in a Leaning and Development role in a corporate, retail, hospitality and education-related organization.
- and can take charge of these responsibilities:
Leads the planning, organization, coordination, and implementation of all approved L&D programs and events while ensuring that the activity goals are achieved in a cost-effective process.
Oversees the assigned BU's progress and usage of the Sprout Learning Management System and Leonardo. Ensures all learning needs are being met to support employee performance.
Update, maintain and sanitize all learning dashboards relevant to assigned Business Unit.
Recommend, develop and facilitate learning materials, assessments and initiatives that are aligned to the company's strategies and can help meet the BU's targets.
Conduct store checks and other field activities relevant to L&D.
Assists in the coordination and execution of L&D events by scheduling/booking/ensure technical readiness of conference rooms, and venues, including the facilitation of booking the travel and lodging, and other arrangements required for speakers (in-house or 3rd party).
Sends out communications on pre/post course information to participants, facilitators, and participants supervisors, including printed/electronic materials/collaterals, and training decks needed in the program/session.
Collates details from feedback forms and summarizes in the required template for submission to the L&D manager and relevant facilitators.
Collects, collates, and organizes data/inputs required for regular reports, data analysis, assessments, and meeting presentation decks.
Ensures training rooms availability and makes sure that they are clean, orderly, well organized, and properly stocked with necessary materials needed for all L&D programs and functions.
Organizes, files, and updates an inventory of all digital and paper collaterals of all L&D programs.
Provides other general administrative assistance to L&D manager and facilitators, including but not limited to booking appointments, contacting suppliers, etc.
