1, Ensure that department training matrix and development programs is submitted on the 3rd quarter of the year for the preparation for budget allocation and evaluation of training activities required.
- In-charge in the recommendation with the support of the HR Head the selection of speaker and training centers for training activities internal; and external.
3, Prepares report of post training evaluation as needed and recommends
development in specific training programs or activities and ensures that proper records are established and kept up to date with respect to participation in training &/education activities.
- Prepares training expense reports, statements for account, and training agreement of departments or participants.
- Assists division / department heads in the development and implementation of a planned approach to their departmental training activities and ensures that employees who participate in training or educational related programs which will benefit the organization are provided with appropriate recognition.
- Implement as provided for training and other learning interventions and monitors the effectiveness of training, education, professional development programs and supports with the following activities:
a. Prepares training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaire and other support materials.
b. Implement and monitor approved training budget for year, schedule and book training sessions and send notification to participants in addition, coordinates the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment, catering arrangements as well as to inform participants or employees about training demands and other importance aspects.
c. Participants at training sessions and also fill in for the HR Head or Officer when unable to attend or conduct as a resource speaker.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
