Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 8 years of work experience in HR - Learning and Development.
• Must have experience at least 4 - 5 year(s) of work experience specializing in Training & Development under HR within a BPO setting.
• Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
