Job Description

The Opportunity

The role is for a Learning and Development reporting directly to the Learning and Development Head to play a critical role in the development and execution of learning strategies, designs and delivery of learning and development programs, assess needs, and evaluates learning effectiveness. Assist in ensuring that the learning and development processes and policies are regularly improved to meet the evolving needs of the Fast Group.

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible in ensuring the implementation of effective learning environment, and continuously improve the delivery of interventions and processes aligned to organizational goals and directions in their respective assigned region.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast with the latest trends in training through active participation in trainings/seminars related to organization, strategic, transformational trainings, and workshops.
  • Support coaching and guidance to leaders as a recognized learning and development subject matter expert related to career planning and other behavioral and technical skills development issues.
  • Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
  • Assist in conducting learning and development programs necessary for the development of behavior and skills of employees.
  • Build a quantitative and qualitative performance scorecard for the learning and development department based on key performance indicators aligned with the organization's strategy to measure performance.
  • Review learning and development deliverables to ensure that the quality is on par to learning objectives parameters and industry standards.
  • Support various initiatives to foster team engagement and boost employee morale.
  • Organize team building activities, recognition programs, and events that promote camaraderie and learning.
  • Foster positive work environment within the learning and development department by promoting a culture of collaboration, recognition, and continuous learning.

Additional Information

  • Help the Learning and Development Head in ensuring the department performs their roles and responsibilities as defined in their job description.
  • Ensure the training operations and expansion of the Fast Learning and Development Center in the assigned region.
  • Design and implement third level (application) and fourth level (business impact) training evaluation and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Oversee the development of E-Learning programs or computer-based virtual courses.
  • Utilize Learning Management System reporting capabilities and developing custom reports to assist with planning and managing the organization's learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist in sourcing, selecting, and coordinating requirements with training professional/ training vendors, subject matter experts, and training facilities and logistics suppliers.
