Job Description:- Lead the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy for Aidea Inc., focusing on the architectural and development sectors.
Design, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create tailored development solutions.
Evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
6-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in architectural or development fields.
- Strong background in architectural or developer roles.
Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to start immediately and work onsite.
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering a learning culture.
