- Ensures proper implementation of In-process testing and inspection and Final Acceptance precedures.
- Conduct product testing and inspection to all in-process products and finished products.
- Schedule and deploys Field Technicians to various project sites.
- Assigning of Batch Pin Code.
- Monitor the progress of pouring activities at various job sites and immediately relay information to Superiors if there is any problem occured.
- Ensures all in-process products and finished products conform to established company specifications.
- Check concrete sampling and collection reports.
- Ensures further processing / delivery of non- conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Facilitate training for newly hired QC personnel
- Performs additional work delegated by QC Supervisor.
